Overview
4S Dance Academy in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego is looking to hire 2-4 new teachers to our faculty for this Summer and Fall! We are a non-competitive, ballet-based school who offers classes in all different genres of dance. Aside from our pre-professional ballet program, we have a fairly large pre-dance program, a pilates program, and are hoping to expand our recreational program and rebuild our adult program next season. Additionally, would like to add more hip-hop, (specifically break style) and modern to our schedule.
We are looking for teachers of all genres who have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience. Professional dance experience is a plus but not required. Teachers should be motivating and a positive influence on our students. We want teachers who are timely, professional, and who care for the studio and treat our students, faculty, and staff with respect and kindness. 4S Dance Academy is a non-competitive ballet based school in North County San Diego. Our mission is to provide a positive, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for students to learn and grow. While we are ballet based, we encourage and offer many different genres of dance including contemporary, lyrical, jazz, tap, musical theater, and hip hop.
