Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Dance Instructor to join our faculty. This individual will play a key role in developing dancers across both recreational and competitive programs, while contributing to a positive, professional, and high-energy studio culture.

Dance Styles Needed:

Ballet (strong foundation preferred)
Jazz
Contemporary / Lyrical
Hip Hop
Tap / Acro / Conditioning (plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Teach engaging, technique-focused classes for a variety of age groups and levels
Choreograph routines for performances, showcases, and competition teams
Support dancer development in both recreational and pre-professional tracks
Foster a structured, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
Collaborate with faculty on choreography, curriculum, and studio events
Participate in studio performances, intensives, and community events

Qualifications:

3+ years of teaching experience (studio or competitive setting preferred)
Strong technical training, especially in ballet-based foundations
Experience with choreography and/or competitive teams
Ability to mentor dancers and provide constructive, growth-focused feedback
High professionalism, reliability, and positive energy
