Jazzerettes and Gymtyme is seeking enthusiastic candidates who enjoys working with preschool and elementary aged children. Classes are year round so we are looking for people who can commit to teaching for the whole school year or longer. Hiring for one Full-Time position and multiple part-time positions.
Positions available Monday- Friday 9am-12pm and 3-4/4:30pm throughout the greater Sacramento Area.
Requirements:
– Experience in teaching dance and/or gymnastics
– Experience working with children
– Strong interpersonal skills
– Reliable transportation
– Valid driver’s license
– Fingerprint clearance (or willing to get them done)
Full-time position will also need-
– Immunization Records (MMR, Tdap, TB- or willing to get them done)
– Early Childhood Education Units (If none, willing to enroll in them)
-At least 6 ECE core units in (Introduction ECE 300, Child/Human Growth & Development ECE 312, Child, Family and Community ECE 314, Curriculum ECE 320, Infant Toddler Development) and continuously enrolled in at least 2 semester units
or
-12 ECE Core units in (Introduction ECE 300, Child/Human Growth & Development ECE 312, Child, Family and Community ECE 314, Curriculum ECE 320, Infant Toddler Development)

About Jazzerettes and Gymtyme
Jazzerettes and Gymtyme has been in business for over 30 years. Our company teaches dance, gymnastics, cheer, and yoga in different preschools and elementary schools throughout the greater Sacramento area. During the school year, our dance and cheer students learn choreographed routines that will be preformed at our Winter and Spring Showcases.
