About Power House Dance

Power House Dance is looking for a well educated and experienced instructor to be the Assitant to the Artistic Director. Instructors must be both fun and well rounded. Instructors will teach both recreational and competitive level dancers in all genres of dance. Power House Dance offers ballet, tap, jazz, tumbling, contemporary, hip hop and musical theatre. The Assistant will instruct weekly recreational and competitive classes, assist the Artistic Director in rehearsals, attend competitions and performances, aid in studio affairs and paperwork, costuming etc. The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience and foster and teach in a fun and positive environment with technique and education a priority. A dance degree or certification preferred.

Power House Dance is a newer dance studio in the Toano, VA area and rapidly growing. With a strong emphasis on technique and performance we are looking for instructors who share in the same vision and passion for our students. Serious inquires only. Must have reliable transportation.
